Greetings from Friends of Baldwin! 


For those of you who are new to Baldwin, and for those who need a refresher, we would like to take a minute to introduce you to our organization!


Friends of Baldwin is a 501(c)(3) non-profit led by our caregiver volunteers. We work to strengthen the Maria L. Baldwin School community and support the educational experience of our students and their teachers. We raise money to cover field trip costs, in-school enrichments such as yoga, live owl visits, STEM Fest, 3-D printers and author visits, along with classroom supply stipends for each teacher, and much more. We also host events and fundraisers throughout the year to bring us all together so we can get to know each other. As they say, it takes a village!


There are so many ways to get involved so stay tuned throughout the year for opportunities to volunteer your time or make a donation. Currently, we are looking for a few volunteers to join our executive board and coordinator roles. The time commitment is about 2 hours per month which includes attending our monthly meeting and a small bit of admin to keep the wheels turning. No prior experience is needed and it is a great way to get involved.

Poetry Night Bake Sale
April 16th 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
@ Baldwin School


We are excited to invite you to support our upcoming Poetry Night Bake Sale.  This event will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the creative expressions of our students while raising funds for future school activities.


We are looking for volunteers to help with the event, and we would also love donations of baked goods to sell at the bake sale. Whether you're able to bake your favorite treat or lend a hand with setup or sales, your participation will make a big difference in the success of the evening.
