Mission and Values
Friends of Baldwin is a 501(c)(3) volunteer organization working to strengthen the Baldwin community and support the educational experience of our students. The volunteers are caregivers of children at Baldwin, Baldwin staff, and sometimes even students, who work together to raise funds, build community, and plan and staff school-related events and enrichments, in order to help Baldwin uphold its mission and practice its values:

1st grade Flatbread Bowling field trip scholarships
2nd grade yoga in the classroom
3rd grade Paul Revere House and SEL Cinema Field Trip to see Inside Out 2
4th grade full and partial field trip scholarships
5th grade Overnight full and partial scholarships*
4th & 5th grade dance
STEM Fest (supplies for hands-on learning like bridge building, egg drop, kitchen chemistry reactions, recess games, etc. and Whale Mobile)

Classroom grants for discretionary classroom spending (supplies, enrichments or additional field trip funds)
Whole school specialist & principal discretionary spending grants (supplies & enrichments)
*Extra fundraising efforts by 5th grade families raised this money for this specific field trip to ensure all students can participate in what might otherwise be a cost prohibitive activity.
